My client, a leading financial services group is currently seeking an IT Auditor

Responsibilities will include:

·         Assisting in the preparation of the annual IS audit plan

·         Planning the scope and timing of IS audits in conjunction with site and business group management

·         Developing audit programs for the testing of controls on various IT platforms

·         Executing audits to ensure the company's applications are in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

·         Auditing IT:- application systems, general controls, outsourcing contracts, hardware / software assets, pre / post project implementation reviews, IT governance and management controls, systems development processes, environmental controls, security, data, etc.

An out-going personality is essential as this is a highly driven ambitious team.

You are likely to be either CISA qualified or studying towards the accreditation. Applications are also welcomed from IT professionals who can demonstrate an expertise within infrastructure and are keen to move into audit.

Promotion prospects are excellent as there is a historical link between auditors and future members of the management team.
